The organisation was led by two individuals with experience in managing businesses in two locations.
We proceeded by taking a deep dive into the principles of business management, risk mitigation and the principles of expansion.
Expansion into two additional locations within the same state. Development of a franchise model based on the client specified long-term targets. Identification through – Growth of Convergent Adaptation Model.
Franchise – National franchise expansion.
The client, though highly experienced as a Miner/Engineer, had minimal experience in terms of business processes and management.
The client structure was refined to maximise finance and services provision.
We took over the management of all financials and procedural requirements, in order to create operational fluidity.
We supported the extension of operations into new markets and aligned new partnerships to the organisational expansion. The organisation went from one to six sources of continuous income in 18 months.
The client dreamt of owning an apartment building with 14 x studio units; however, he found himself limited due to some of their investment being tied up elsewhere.
We connected the client to 2 of our well-known investors for Venture Capital (VC).
We developed an expansion model which formed part of the pitch, along with projections and feasibility study. This demonstrated so much potential that 4-ways investments was secured.
A total of 3 building were secured, ranging from 10 to 18 studios and 2-bedroom units whilst 2 additional projects are at near completion.
